Will my image be usable?
As with all images the quality plays a big role in the final piece. If your image has been taken using a low resolution device, when we come to produce your item the image quality will be poor. However we are here to help and for your added piece of mind why not send us your image telling us what size you would be interested in ordering. We can then email you a visual to confirm the quality will be ok prior to completing your order.
What file formats do you accept?
Your image should be supplied to us as large as possible. Save at the highest quality you can a PDF, large JPEG or Tiff format. However if you are unable to supply your image in the above formats please contact us and we will see what we can offer.
What Payment options do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment methods. All orders via our website are handled through the security of PayPal. If you wish to pay over the phone via credit or debit card please call us on (0115) 986 53 86. Alternatively if you live locally to us then why not pop in and see us
How long does delivery take?
All our deliveries are made using Royal Mail or for our larger items they are shipped using an overnight courier. Delivery times can vary however we aim to deliver within 3 days of completion.
